So bellow is a list of rules that must be followed in terms of creating your character. Please read through these carefully as I have taken my time to write them in order to make this a fun environment for you all to play in.
General Character Creation Rules
- Anything the staff says or does here is the law, ESPECIALLY with the admins! Do not argue with them or try to convince them otherwise because this will simply create more drama then there needs to be!
I understand that people have their own opinions on how things should be, rather then telling us in the c box (which could potentially cause drama which we have witnessed in the past). Make your suggestions, opinions, ideas in the suggestions board. This is where we will calmly discuss what goes on.
- We have a character template. use it!
- We might make exceptions for people who perhaps have their own templates they wish to use. However, they must first show a staff member and get approval!
- All character Icons must be exactly 100 x 100 NO EXCEPTIONS!
- When choosing what rank you'd like to be, keep in mind it all depends on your skill level. If the review mods decide that a rank is too high for you then they have the right to tell you to lower it. The ranks go as follows (Academy Student/Genin - Beginner), (Chuunin - Intermediate), (Jounin - Advanced). Any ranks above that will be given out personally by the review mods as they see fit.
- This forum relies heavily on keeping the balance of power between all the villages. If we find that one village has too many people then we might restrict role players from joining that village until all villages are at equal strength again.
- We know whos who by looking at a person's display name. We expect that your display name is the same as your character's both first name and last name or vice versa.
- Pay attention to what village you join. In an attempt to keep each village equal, we will be keeping a close eye on how many people are in that village. For example, right now we will need five shinobi in each. This will change over time however.
- All jutsu must be registered before adding it to your profile!

Any village currently listed here is temporarily closed while people join the other villages.

- The shinobi files are another part of creating your character! While yes, after your official bio is done and accepted you may start role playing. How do you think we'll be able to keep track of what all the characters can do?
- Files can be created in whatever way a person wants to. They're meant to be fun. However there are certain pieces of information which must be on them! Information such as what jutsu a person can use and what missions they have gone on.
These rules are subject to expand or change without notice!
