Assuming that people already read the character creation rules, I'm going to be getting in debth about how our jutsu system works. And yes I realize that a lot of forums have it so that you can buy your jutsu but realistically speaking, that isn't how it works in the naruto world.
Most jutsu are learned through a lot of effort and training. That kind of system would also be a pain to set up, therefore I would like to allow a bit of freedom in you all choosing your jutsu.
Adding Jutsu To Your Character Profile
- The first step would be to add jutsu to your character profile before we accept it. Now this is not mandatory, but I bet none of you would like to start out with nothing.
- Everyone is allowed to start out with a specific number of jutsu, depending on what rank they are. The list goes as follows.
Academy Students - 3 academy jutsu.
Genin - 2 D rank jutsu and a C rank
Chuunin - 3 D rank jutsu, 2 C rank and a B rank
Jounin - 4 D rank Jutsu, 3 C rank Jutsu, 2 B rank Jutsu and an A rank.
Take note that this is ONLY for registering your character. More jutsu can be obtained later.
- All jutsu must be registered on the forum and accepted. Yes, this includes canon jutsu.
- When adding jutsu to your character profile, you will need to have it registered, then accepted. Once those steps have been finished, it must be linked in your profile. When adding canon jutsu, make sure it hasn't already been registered.
Registering Jutsu
- When you go to register a canon jutsu, the staff will put effects and limitations on it. However if it's an original jutsu then the person registering it may add its effects and limitations.
